ELEZIONI DEL DIRETTORE DELL’ISTITUTO SCIENZE DELLA VITA

Si comunica che con Decreto del Decano dei professori ordinari a tempo pieno dell’Istituto n. 279 del 16.05.2019 sono state indette le elezioni per la nomina del Direttore dell’Istituto Scienze della Vita per il triennio 2019/2022.

Le elezioni si svolgeranno secondo la seguente articolazione:

28 e 29 maggio 2019 - primo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 del 28 maggio alle 12.00 del 29 maggio)
12 e 13 giugno 2019 - eventuale secondo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 del 12 giugno alle 12.00 del 13 giugno)
20 giugno 2019 - eventuale terzo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 alle 17.00)

Nella sezione allegati sono visibili gli elenchi suddivisi per categorie dell’elettorato attivo e, in un unico file, l’elenco dell’elettorato passivo, i professori ordinari a tempo pieno dell’Istituto che sono votabili.

Eventuali indebite omissioni o esclusioni relative all’elettorato attivo possono essere segnalate a: pierdomenico.perata@santannapisa.it

Il voto è elettronico; si potrà votare cioè da qualsiasi postazione pc seguendo le istruzioni nella sezione allegati.

29 maggio 2019: il quorum di validità delle elezioni è stato raggiunto in data odierna. Il Verbale del Seggio Elettorale è disponibile nella sezione allegati.

We inform you that with Decree of the Dean of Institute full-time full professors n. 279 of 16.05.2019 has been called the elections of Director of the Institute of Life Sciences for the three-year term: 2019/2022.

The elections will take place according to the following calendar:

28 and 29 May 2019 - first ballot (from 9.00 on 28 May to 12.00 on 29 May)
12 and 13 June 2019 - possible second ballot (from 9.00 on 12 June to 12.00 on 13 June)
20 June 2019 - possible third ballot (from 9.00 to 17.00)

In the attachments section you can see the lists divided by categories of the “active electorate” (the ones who can vote) and, in a single file, the list of the “passive electorate” (the Institute full-time full professors that can be voted).

The vote is electronic: you can vote from any pc, following the instructions below:
To vote please log on to https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ with your santannapisa intranet credentials (generally the first letter of your name and your surname - example: j.smith - and your santannapisa email password).
The page https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ can also be accessed outside the School.
After your identification, the election process takes place in two steps:

1. Select the first name and last name of the person in the dedicated record and proceed to the preliminary poll;
2. The system displays the name inserted. To confirm, click on “confirm vote”. If you do not wish to confirm, click on “edit” to return to the insert page. Warning! Once Step 2 is completed, you cannot vote again.

Each vote will be kept separate from the voter’s identity and only the voter can see his/her candidate’s name by using the “confirmation number".
